We know this is an honor that you take very seriously, and you will spend adequate time in prayer to determine if the Lord is leading you to pursue that process that may lead to your serving in this capacity. If this is something you desire to pursue, please read the mandate in the Scriptures found in I Timothy 3:8-13 and also in Titus 1:5-9, and ask the Lord if you are qualified according to these passages. You will be asked to complete a short information sheet before beginning the online questionnaire. You will be required to provide your name, address, city, state, postal code, and at least one phone number for the deacon nomination comittee to contact you. There is additional information on the form that is optional but is very helpful in making contact during the interview process. After you complete the information form, you will be provided a random six-character deacon information code. This code will allow you to complete your questionnaire over several hours or days, if you prefer. Please do not lose this code!
